Hello and Welcome! 

My name is Sarah, I am a mother of 5, and have been a Registered Nurse for over 17 years. I am a Certified Holisitc Health Coach, a Reiki Practitioner, Intuitive and have been practicing Spiritual Coaching for nearly a decade! I am now able to devote my full time to helping coach as many people that need me as possible.

       Throughout my life, like you, I have faced many difficult challenges that has shaped every turn, bump, crash, and beautiful chapter in this journey we are on. We find things that work and come across other opportunities that turn out to be what we perceive as disappointing. However, along the way we are learning. We are learning who we are, what we believe in and stand for. We are not designed for constant stress and overwhelm in this modern age. We long for a feeling of calm and purpose, but many are so stuck in the continual life pattern that we forget who we truly are, what we really want out of life and what we define life as.
